Our Story
In 2006, we opened a small boutique on Newbury Street, in the heart of Boston.
A carefully curated collection, a warm welcome, and a small team with a shared eye for pieces worth wearing.
A place to find something you love, get a little personal advice, and always feel welcome.
In those early years, people found us the old-fashioned way.
A Saturday stroll through Back Bay. A coffee to go, a walk down Newbury Street, and a little browsing along the way. Maybe a friend had mentioned us. Maybe our window simply caught your eye.
It was always about quality. The kind you notice the moment you put something on.
Beautiful fabrics, considered details, effortless fits, and timeless pieces that stay in your wardrobe long after the season has passed.
Boston has always been home, but life has taken many of our customers beyond the city.
Some moved to New York, Providence, Chicago and beyond. Over time, we kept hearing the same question:
“Can I shop with you online?”
For a long time, the answer was “no, not yet.”
This year, we decided the answer should be yes.
We spent the summer photographing, measuring and listing every piece ourselves. So the collection you’ve come to know is now just a click away, wherever you are.

Our approach hasn’t changed. We still believe in thoughtful design, lasting quality, and clothes that feel just as right next year as they do today.
The only difference?
You no longer need to be in Boston to shop Newbury.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order number and a tracking link.

Track your order
If you haven't received your tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch and we'll send it right over.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact our team first so we can guide you through the process.
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, in which case we'll cover it.
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size, as shown in our size guide.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially with knitwear and outerwear you'll want to layer.
Still unsure? Get in touch and our team will be happy to recommend the right size.
To keep your Newbury pieces looking their best for years to come, we recommend hand washing in cool water.
After washing, gently press out excess water (don't wring) and lay flat to dry on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight.
Every piece comes with care instructions on the inside label. Please follow them carefully to protect the quality of your garment.
